Ms Jyothi C. did her M S Communication from Bangalore University. She also Qualified K-SET in 2014.

Specialized in print media she effectively handles the topics like media laws and ethics, international communication, communication theories, media research, media management and media and society.

She has three years of experience in media industry. She worked for Times of India Kannada as a reporter. The articles she wrote on the issues like women welfare, transport, weather, child education have received good feedback. Translation is at ease for her and she has the pleasure of handling good assignments as a reporter.

Apart from teaching, she has involved herself in editing and announcing several programs for Radio Siddhartha. With her guidance, students are bringing a magazine Siddhartha Sampada. She encouraged students to bring out a 40 pages magazine, covering the aspects like current affairs, lights articles, features, essays, poems and other creative writing. She has been mentoring students in handling projects and editing.

She is good at audio editing and also announcing. For Radio Siddhartha she has conceptualized Kannada Nityotsava, introducing Kannada poets for Radio Siddhartha. She was the announcer and editor of 58 series of spiritual discourse, broadcasted in Radio Siddhartha. She has also interviewed traditional medicine practitioners for Radio Siddhartha. Presented Seminar papers at Different National and international Seminars. She has given many Lectures as a Resource person in different universities.
